How It Works
Search ignores accents, apostrophes and hyphens, so càrn ealar, carn ealar and pike o blisco all work. Some hills also go by a second name, such as Snowdon for Snowdon and Plynlimon for Pumlumon Fawr, and you can search by either.
Heights are summit heights in metres from The Database of British and Irish Hills, the same figures as on each hill's page.
Near me uses your phone or browser location to work out the straight-line distance to each summit, as the crow flies. It is not the walking distance. Your location is used on this page only and is not sent to us.
Length of our walk is the length of the walk on each hill's page. Some walks take in more than one hill.
Your hills: if you are logged in, the hills you have ticked on our maps show a red tick, and you can hide them to see what is left.
