Aonach Meadhoin, the 'middle ridge', is a horseshoe-shaped hill above the Cluanie Inn, one of the group sometimes called the Brothers of Kintail. Ridges run west to Sgùrr a' Bhealaich Dheirg, north-east over Sgùrr an Fhuarail towards Ciste Dhubh, and south-east down to the road. Its craggy north face holds snow well into summer. The top has a cairn, with an embedded rock just to the south taken as the high point.
