Glas Bheinn Mhòr, the 'big greenish-grey mountain', is a cone-shaped peak on the ridge from Ben Starav to Stob Coir' an Albannaich, east of Loch Etive and north of Glen Kinglass. From Glen Etive it looks neatly symmetrical. Burns and waterfalls run off it down to the River Etive, and walks usually start almost at sea level at the head of the loch. A cairn marks the summit.
