Monadh Mòr, simply 'big hill', is a long, grassy crest near the southern end of the high Braeriach to Cairn Toul plateau, linking Beinn Bhrotain with Cairn Toul. It's hidden from most of the surrounding glens and sits at the south-eastern corner of the Moine Mhòr. Buttresses guard its eastern face above Glen Geusachan. A cairn marks the top, though a rock 12 m away is about 15 cm higher.
