Easternmost of the high Carneddau, Creigiau Gleision (675.9 m) is separated from the rest by Llyn Cowlyd, with Pen Llithrig y Wrach directly across the reservoir. The mountain has three peaks, perhaps the reason for its plural name; the most southerly is the highest and carries a cairn, with the north top about 0.8 km away. Views reach north to the coast and down the Ogwen Valley and Dyffryn Mymbyr towards Snowdon.
