Aonach air Chrith, the 'ridge of trembling', is the tallest of the seven Munros strung along the South Glen Shiel Ridge, between Glen Shiel and Loch Hourn. It's one of the rougher peaks on the ridge, with well-defined spurs rising above corries on the north side. A cairn marks the top, with the highest point on a small rock just north of it.
