Beinn an Dòthaidh stands just north of Beinn Dòrain above Bridge of Orchy, and its Gaelic name means 'hill of the scorching' or singeing. The two hills share a bealach that's easy to reach from Bridge of Orchy station, so they're often climbed together, sometimes with Beinn Achaladair as well. The top is a cairn on a rocky outcrop, and in a good winter Coire Daingean on its flank becomes a climbing venue, with routes from grade III to grade V.
