Beinn Sgulaird is a long granite ridge between Glen Creran and Glen Etive, with about 3 km of it above 800 m. A large cairn sits at the northern end. Walk the ridge from north to south and you get the best views west to the Hebrides, especially Mull. The name is said to mean 'hat-shaped hill'.
