Tucked away behind Glas Tulaichean, Carn an Righ is one of the more out-of-the-way hills in the Glen Shee and Glen Ey area, and getting to it means a long walk or a bike ride in. Its name means 'hill of the king'. The domed top is strewn with boulders and has a cairn and shelter, while steep crags drop away on the southern side.
