This Sgùrr nan Coireachan, the 'peak of the corries', stands midway along the ridge between Sgùrr na Cìche and Sgùrr Mòr, above Glen Dessary and south of the head of Loch Quoich. Four shoulders reach out from the top, one of them dropping steeply into Glen Dessary. An old wall and old iron posts run along the main crest. The highest ground is a grassy knoll just beyond the cairn.
