Meall Chuaich is a broad, dome-shaped hill east of Dalwhinnie, and it's one of the shorter and more straightforward Munro climbs. The usual approach from the A9 passes the works of a hydro-electric scheme before heading up the hill. A large cairn marks the summit, which gives wide views north over Badenoch and Strathspey.
