Meall Greigh closes off the Ben Lawers range at its north-east end, above Loch Tay, and its name translates as 'hill of the horse studs'. It's a sprawling, rather shapeless hill that most walkers cross on their way to Meall Garbh. A cairn marks the top, and with nothing higher standing to the east, the views that way are wide open.
