Wandope is a gentle grassy dome above Crummock Water, with a small pile of stones just back from the edge of Addacomb Hole. That hollow is a neat half-crater of a hanging valley, ringed by a headwall about 200 m high. Grasmoor and Crag Hill block the view north, but the Scafells and the High Stile range fill the southern skyline, and the narrow ridge of Whiteless Edge runs off to Whiteless Pike.
